When you walk up the stairs there is a door in front of you that goes to the unfinished attic. Our bedroom is to the right of the door. 
This is the unfinished attic. Please notice the chimmny, there is no fireplace downstairs that goes with it.

When in the laundry room if you turn to your left there is another door, this is the addition. it is not finished

I am so excited for you guys! Looks like a lot of work and a lot of fun! You will make it look amazing! Are the people coming to get the rest of their stuff or did they leave it all for you to deal with?
